So I checked out the Dyno thread. It seems that still no one has hit 400 on just a tvs.

Does anyone think the tvs just outflows the im?

Most who came close to hittin 400 w/o silly gas, either went turbo, or sold the car all together. If they stuck in there a little longer, we would of had a few TVS cars over 400 by now.

Although, there are a few 400 hp tvs cars out there as we speak that will be popping up soon I'm sure.

I do not think it outflows the intake manifold. It just hasnt been pushed to its max yet.

I was down a header (2.5" collector in mine) and probably a more aggressive set of cams along with getting rid of the balance shafts to get me real close to 400. I knew after the initial joys of hitting 400 that I wouldn't be satisfied though, so I decided not to nickel and dime myself just to chase a number and decided to go the route I had wanted to go for a while. My friend is enjoying it now, which means I still get to enjoy it, so its a win win situation for me

yeahh its nothing that you can just slap the TVS on the car and push a button as get 400 hp .... it takes some creative minds and know-how to get there.

the average joe will not be able to get 400hp out of a tvs .. aint happening.

Sooon we will have a pretty serious TVS car on the streets ... but as paul said we shal leave that to the mystery man to post lol

I'm also shooting for this fun number on 93. But I think I've run into a flow problem. But I won't know until I get the engine back in the car. This has been the longest build in history! It kills me a little more every day

All this talk about making horsepower and now i finally have something to add. I started tearing my car down to install a ported head and OTTP stage 4 cams today. Staged your how to is going to be like a bible to me. Lol
