So your assumption is the tunes at fault. You even know anything spin tuning? Would you like logs and proof of the car running mint? Lmfao. Your just a ******* that does not understand from left to right ***.

EGT's could have gotten high, mixed with the high cylinder pressure. Throw some possible knock in there and it could happen. Not saying the tune was bad, could happen from inconsistent fuel or slight issue with the meth system, since spraying that much meth you are using a fair amount of it for fuel/knock supression. Just lots of variables that could have lead to this unfortunately.

Definitely detonation. What exhaust setup do you have? Egt's are probably up there as well

Why was he knocking? And he can't say he wasn't because I doubt his eyes were glued to his interceptor

If he Had any detonation it wasn't due to the tune. Here is why, I tuned his car and every log of it even showed kr I'd get it taken care of. I even made it richer then I usually do. Which Dustin asked me to make it leaner but I said keep it in 11s. No kr, air fuel was 100%great. I know my work and I know that my tune didn't cause the sleeve to break. I mean ****, mileage = wear lol

I have a very similar tune on my car that carstdt did on his at the time. I've ran my car for 8 months without a revision had 0 issues. When I got revised I was only off by 3% which could very well be due to the fact that I ha just changed to a Catless exhaust and a different air filter. I've had this tune now from 60k to 102k miles no issues whatsoever. Biggest problem I've had was needing a new throttle body which is completely non-tune related.

Start ******* with ****, expect ****. May be the tuner. May be "bad gas" (used wayyyy too often). May be poor maintenance. May even be a random act of karma. But the arrogance on this page is strong.... Say what you want as a comeback, but you are a total ******* arrogant tool James.

Good luck with the fix. Get Darton sleeves and Diamond pistons. Port the head while at it. What setup were you running?

Well I have my interceptor set up for KR3 and it never lit up at all during that pull so it wasn't knocking.

If you click on my car under my username you can see my list of mods.

I need to do some research as to what will work best for this build. Can any builders chime in for input? Luckily a friend of mine has a spare block I can work with.
