Right. His porting of a TVS showed (iirc) a loss of 1 ftlb and a gain of 1 hp. Pretty much negligible.

carstedt, i have a very similar setup to yours

ported head, zzp s2 cams, 82lb springs and retainers, ZZP girdled block, 9-1 pistons, ATI sc balancer, TVS (2.7 pulley), ported intake mani, ported throttle body, 80# injectors, rsfs, Deatchwerks fuel pump, Injen, dual pass, full 3" exhaust, midlength header,e85, quaife lsd, stage 2 axles

wondering what your car makes on the dyno. trying to gauge a ball park figure, reving to 8k?

I didn't come out and say it was directly related to his tune I find it funny though that others have had issues and its always pointed to mechanical failures. The last tune I seen from u that comes to mid was an le5 swapped m62 setup that u had the parameters in the tune for the scip sensor and the car was running like ass. So trust me I've seen your fair share of tunes

Here is why finger are getting pointed. Because the people pointing fingers are idiots themselves and don't understand ****. People point fingers because that have no clue, blue blows a sleeve and immediate finger point at tune when none of these dumbasses have seen any logs or even the tune for that matter. Timing wot was 22* Afr was 12.2-11.8 top end. And last logs 0kr.. And blah blah blah... But oh wait its the tune because I tuned it. Zrated, you can say your car blew up because the gauge shut. But now my standpoint is it was the tune. You comprehend or understand any of this? I can say whatever I feel like. But I am not a inconsiderate liar. So I won't say **** without facts.

I dont get y it would b the tune if hes ran it for a long time with multiple passes at the track with no issues and now it happens? I would think mechanical right away as well and rule out options before going to the tune

And also who has had issues, elaborate on this with proof. That it was the tunes fault. Since you tune and all .

After reading thru pages and pages of this pissing match I have come to a conclusion...

@James- People are always going to have a problem with the **** that you do. The people that you have problems with are usually other tuners haha, or people running other peoples tunes. Whatever it may be, I'm sure you could sit and go rounds with people about why it was or was not your tune.

@other people- When you start modding and messing with the performance of the car you are going to take the chance of something breaking. None of us will know if it was the tune or if it was a mechanical failure. Whatever it may be, it is inevitable that it was going to happen. **** happens, no need to sit and point fingers at people and have a fight about who's e-dick is bigger.

Glenn, he has stock map sensors lol why would I change them? Hhrfreak I helped him and got his car running perfect. Then he went to ethanol on his own dipshit. Which he tuned his self. So if he has issues who's faults that? His own .

im not talking about glenn or the map sensor. There was another sc le5 that you tuned and had the parameter for the scip sensor in the tune which we all no the le5 cant run.

making myself look dummer is funny. I have more mechanical knowledge in my pinky than 90% on this site. Its not a pissing match im simply stating facts of what i have seen from your "tunes"

Now here is more proof, the le5 wouldn't have a scup sensor. Why is that? Because the car didn't come with one. So first of all I know this is **** or at least not a **** up of mine or may not be my tune. Because I for one know the le5 doesn't have a scup so why would I change this? Lulz
