Opinions on painted valve cover and supercharger

Ok guys I'm thinking about painting my VC and SC. I was wondering what some thoughts on what kind of sheen I should go with. I got my colors black and slime green. I want to maybe paint the whole valve cover black and the spark plug cover too, but I want some green on it somewhere but not sure yet. Ok next, the supercharger im going to spray black but then the ribs on it im wanting to do green. Alright tell me what you think and I appreciate the feedback.

corny IMO. Lime green? Fairly original but it's for a reason......it's LIME GREEN! ha Not trying to be a dick man. I've never been a fan of colors like that. It's too Fast and Furious; too pretentious; too "look at what I did to MY car"; too clashy. Bright colors like that just don't earn any respect IMO.

I did both the valve cover and supercharger in wrinkle black and the spark plug cover in satin black. Keeps an OEM look but it still stands out when you look at all silver parts.

Doing the ribs never seems to turn out right. Not saying yours wouldn't but it takes more sill for them to turn out perfect.

Off topic but, Klloyd, Hows that ZZP intake fit on the 07 comparative to you old injen intake? And how much closer to the ABS mod is the intake with that tb spacer?

All the intakes are a tight fit, it's close but it doesn't rub on anything. The spacer isn't even an inch bigger so I just fed a little more of the intake into the rubber boot. I also have the phenolic spacer so everything moved towards the radiator about 1/4".

I got my wrinkle black from autozone but you can find it in black and red on ebay for the same price.
