PM Euthanasia

he makes an aluminum 1 gallon flow thru tanks that mount where the option b would go.

I think he will match or beat the price of a option b kit.

not bad considering your getting an added 1 gal. of fluid and it actually flows thru

so you can either have just an extra coolant tank for the h/e or you can you have that extra coolant tank inline and flow with the coolant? I'm so confused. What is the difference between dual and single pass?

YES

dual pass = fluid enters the lower manifold via the middle two cores and exits via the outer two cores.

Single pass = Water passes thru all 4 cores and exits via a single fitting or dual fittings on the other side of the lower manifold.

Option B install problem

I'm having a problem figuring out how to plumb the bleed line for a GMPP Stage 2 with the Option 2 included. The GM instruction show the line going in the vicinity of the intake, but there is no tapped hole, or other provision for the little brass fitting w/ the 0.040 hole.

Anyone been there, done that, who can shed some light for me?

Many thanks,
