OTTP 1: Now or Spring?

So im about to pull the trigger because my mom said she will go half with me on the ott kit for one of my christmas presents ( basically the only one besides some clothes haha).. my question to most of you would be:
Is it okay to be running in the winter since im a Daily Driver with this?
Should I do it now or just wait til the Spring when its warmer?

The temps wont cause any damage if thats what you are worried about. I'm assuming there will be snow in your area which means you wont be going WOT or launching hard (i know i havent in my Z in 2 months). So i suggest wait for the spring. A groupbuy might also go on between now and then also.

Wait till the spring man no need to rush now, I highly doubt you'll be racing in the snow

Assuming the OP read the description of the kit before buying it....

"This is our stage 1 kit for supercharged cobalts and Ions. Expect about 25 horse power at the wheels with no other supporting mods."

He would know what should be about the expected gain.

He already has gm stage 2 with a 2.95 so like i was saying hes not going to see much of gain if any from where he is now. Hes need a custom hptune if he wants a to gain more power.

i meant stage 2 guys sorry!! it USED TO BE the OTTP1 kit for all of the elders on the site

to better clarify what im doing... i have the current gms2 with a 2.95 pulley. i bought a used 2.8 4 bolt pulley from ls1fbody a month ago. im getting the OTTP stage 2 kit with the 60s, sparkplugs, and tune with torque taken off and rev limiter to 7200
