P0315 Crankshaft Position (CKP) System Variation Not Learned ECM
P0069 Supercharger Inlet Pressure (SCIP) - Barometric (BARO) Pressure Correlation -PCM
1-->From spacer
2-->From stage 3
3-->From Nos/spacer could be leaking between t/b and s/c inlet.
If your spacer has no gasket then that would be the problem, you still need to do the relearn for the pcm (unplugging the battery for a half hour should do it if you don't want to do the ignition deal). Use gasket sealer or get one that has a built in gasket ala RAW.

That's the whole list of dtcs for the cobalt ss/redline

P0121 would not come on due to a spacer, there is something else going on.
P0315 You need to have the crankshaft pos variation relearned on your car.
P0069 sounds more like a bad sensor or wiring issue since it it a Baro correlation code, it is checking before the car is running, so a leak wouldn't be the issue.

2-->You need CKP relearn, no biggie
3-->The 2.9 can again cause this.(P0069 runs at key on, during closed throttle idle, and WOT)

You do not need a crank case relearn with the GMS3 PCM people. It is 100% plug & play.
OP: I got the same crank case code when I reinstalled my GMS3 PCM after getting A/C enabled by Trifecta. Disconnect your battery and check your connections at your PCM. Reconnect and see if you still get the crank case code. It should go away.
