P0300 Random Misfire help! confused?

ok here's the deal i have an 07 s/c i had the stage 2 with a 2.8 pulley with the gmpp exhaust with one step colder plugs gapped .040, i decided i wanted to go faster so i bought some 60lb injectors and got it hp tuner tuned. well on the way home the light turned on for a p0300, so i turned it off. Then it started misfiring under slight throttle in 4th and 5th gear, the engine light would flash so i tried not to do it that much, i drove like 150 miles to get home. i noticed another code for cylinder 2(p0302) so the next day i checked the plugs starting with cylinder 2 ...just as i thought the metal part up top was blown off and on 4 so that prolly explains that, and i note that the car wouldnt go over 120 kept missing. So i bought two ranger colder plugs and gapped them .036 to start, misfired some so i regapped to .037 , a little bit better so i left it alone, i then re-went over the work by making sure all the bushings to the injectors were seated properly, then checked my cai for air leaks and the vacumm lines, everything now checks out good ...so far so good, test drive still get a p0300 but the light does not come in, cleared let sit, later started , instint p0300 and a p03004 ... cleared i think the 4 was a fluke. didn't get anything till late the next day ... ignored the p0300 as long as the light actually didnt come on , well finally it came on and then one other time since then .. and now only p0300 but no light and doesnt really feel like its missing, drives fine, do you think it has to do with the tune, should it be retuned or anybody got something im missing cause i read somewhere after a tune if its not the plugs with i think the tune was to much for the ones i had,,, then its the tune ... any thoughts?

as far as i know our cars really dont like the 60lb injectors so they cause that p0300 code i get it sometimes. but car runs good and no problems. a guy i know from austin gets it too and its just a lil missfire. i cleaned my maf sensor and throttle body also to see if it helped. also checked all my plugs 2and coil packs to make sure everything was on and good. its been about 2 weeks and it has not came on again.. lol watch now that i said that it will lol . but yea try cleaning the maf sensor and tb.

So yours hasn't come on since? Well I already cleaned my tb before this and it's going on a couple of days now and I still get the code, and where do you clean the maf sensor? And when did your light stop coming on?

sounds like your tune is a bit off, my car missfires a lot with my 60's but nowhere near as severe as yours. Clean your MAF and set your idle at 850 instead of 750.

850 idle'd a lil rough so i had him set it to 800 it seems prefect but how to you clean the maf?

stock airbox or aftermarket intake? It's right under the headlight driver side, just take it out of the intake and spray some MAF cleaner on it.

2 step colder plugs are unnecessary. the misfiring is most likely your tune.

Talking

It ended up being the tune, the spark was advanced just a little too much. Problem solve no more misfire.
