Update so last night as I was pulling in my driveway it started running like crap so I popped the hood as it was idling...removed connection to coil pack cylinder no. 1 idle speed did not change...so to be sure It was a coil pack problem I switched 1 and 2 started it up it ran fine and unplugged coil pack connection to cyl no. 1 and it ran like it does when misfire occurs...soo I switched them back to be sure and started it up again and it ran fine with the original coil pack in cyl no. 1??

They are brand new spark plugs and not the janky cheap ones no way they are fouled yet not even 2000 miles on them...I cleaned all the plugs and put them back in and now it runs fine the code I'm throwing now is p0420 which is cat efficiency below threshold bank 1 keep in mind I have a zzp catless dp and did the non fouler trick already...it just doesn't make sense that it would throw just p0301 then just p0420

It does look like it spins up backwards, but in all fairness its a video. WHen things rotate on video the frame rate of the video and speed of the rotation can create the optical illusion of spinning backwards. Example: Old western wagons wheels spinning backwards in movies.

Your not gonna believe what fixed it.... 2 vacuum lines were switched and 1 injector wasn't seated properly took me a while but I'm glad It was this simple and in the process I found my tranny mount completely cracked and off my tranny would explain some of the hard shifts lol
Thanks for the help everybody!!
