stock exhaust, it will for sure be throatier. After market exhaust, it will get a bit louder. Catless it will more than likely have a raspiness.

so whose dp bolts up to the pacesetter? is it only exhaust depots?

They send you an extention to have welded onto your stock dp. That's the cheapest option. 2nd cheapest and imo the best is to have an exhaust shop make a custom one for you. Most expensive but most convenient is the exhaust depot one.

I dont have a cat, and it is throaty and has a little bit of rasp, nothing unbearable, and it doesnt sound bad at all.

buy a dynomax muffler and it will sound almost identical to the stock muffler, but the rasp will be gone.

does the length of the header and the weld in extenstion do away with the flex section?

The engine doesn't exactly bend the flex, it compresses and extends it... so a balljoint section wouldn't do much to dampen that.

also It states it doesn't come with any emissions or management hookups, so I'm guessing I'd haveto have a primary O2 bung welded in?

resonator will help with the rasp too.. longer the better.
