The front mount is complete, will have pricing this week:
It will have a drain plug and a 1/8NPT bung for bleeding.
Will have pics of the larger rad up soon.

if this is more than 100 dollars, then it's way too much. That looks like a cobra heat exchanger with different end tanks. I know it's not, but I'm just saying it looks the same size and everything.

I'm sure with both in series, you'll probbaly get a better drop in temps on the IAT side, but I never tested the idea out.
when you think the new rad will be ready? I'm still interested in one

Dimension (off the top of my head, will confirm later) 3 3/8" thick, 32" long, 12" high
This thing is about 1" thicker than anything else out there for maximum cooling and it's has a copper core which is extremely good at transfering heat.
It will come with a bleeding nipple, a drain plug and of course instructions.
The cost will be $425CDN for a single unit, if we get 10 orders we can negotiate a better price but we will need firm orders (deposit will be required)
We will also be offering a thinner core at 2 1/2" for $375, if we get 10 orders we can negotiate a better price but we will be firm orders (deposit will be required)
yes it's being fabricated

When I was running the front mount I took the stock H/E out to get more airflow to the rad. It worked fine, I had cooler IAT's and coolant temps (by 15-30 degrees and 5 degrees respectively).
