It must be hard hearing that whine everyday. I'm sure it's just unbearable.

Dumb noob question about to be asked....can the blower be ported...on a compleatly stock car, with the stock pulley? is it safe? would it need a tune?

Yes you can port on a stock car. It will help alot. Kinda like adding a pulley, but for free! lol. And yes you will still have to tune for it.

Yes its safe to port it on a stock car. You don't need to tune for it unless you massively port it, but a mild porting you will be fine.

I think..

1/8" bigger is what Intense selle you
1/4" bigger is what most do
1/2" Bigger is what crazy-ass Blown-4 Banger did.

If you look back on like page 2 or 3 there is a good link to the before and after pix.

I'm going to send mine to Stiegemeier, they've ported more eaton blower's than just about anybody. I'd be careful about how much you remove, as the case is more likely to warp when too much material is removed. Especially with how hot these blowers get. I don't have the time or the tools to "hack" my own blower, plus I like professional work. There is definetely a benefit to porting however, cooler temps and more airflow for more power. The cobra guys have had great luck!
