Go to NAPA or an auto store to buy them. A lot cheaper and easier to get them.

Yeah, i would just go to the local auto parts store, but the stock number 6097 like it shows on the box is correct.

So no, the BKR7E-11 are not the right plug, they have a different stock number than the BKR7E

The -11 at the end only specifies a different gap size. BKR7E-11 plugs come gapped from the factory at .044" and the BKR7E come gapped at .025" (I think .025"... maybe .032") from the factory.

and yeah sparkplugs dot com have pretty much the best deals on plugs if you can't find them locally.

Ummm, NO! The numbers at the end reflect the heat range of the plug....

O'Reilly's carries these plugs that is where I buy mine... they are like 1.25 or something each!

If you don't know then don't post false information.

Just so you know, a break down of the NGK plug:

B - Thread size (14mm)
K - Hex size (5/8")
R - Plug construction (Resistor type)
7 - Heat range (higher numbers are colder)
E - Thread reach (19mm or 3/4")
- (optional)
11 - Extra wide gap (1.1mm gap or .044" gap)

There is also additional optional features that can denote special plug designs as well as additional options that can go behind the Thread reach to denote special plug designes i.e., BKR7EIX-11 is the same plug but has an iridium tip instead of copper.

If you go with the iridium becareful, if you bump the tip while gapping them you will break the tip off. I always buy the BKR7EIX-11 plugs because it is easier to close a gap then to make it wider.

Mdub made a simple mistake , usually the last number is the heat range , but not when dealing with dash numbers IE -11
