yeah the bearing would be fairly easy to replace.. but would require pulling the rods

Hopefully everything else is still in tact down there

YEah lol I just thought of that but I highly doubt I spun a baring im thinkin piston or piston ring like tstone.

well if its knocking the only thing i would think it is a rod bearing

yeh but even when a piston ring goes it makes a knocking sound I heard other peoples cars to in the past who lost a ring, and the sound is pretty comparable.. I am just gonna have to get down and dirty to know for sure..

ive blown 2 engines a stock one and a built one..
wen i cracked both stock pistons me engine seemed to run fine eexcept wen i got on it. it would blow th dip stick out cuz all the blow buy

Timing chain tensioner fall apart and end up in oil pan?

Pull valve cover and oil pan and inspect

I ran the snot out of 2.8 on stage 2 tun from gm for years. Something failed

Either roller rocker, tensioner or ring land
