Thought I would share:
18.0 PSI ( I saw peak of 17.6, 17.8, 17.9 and 18.0) all seems random.
329 Crank HP (up from 303 previously before 2.8 inch pulley)
KR 0.0 until it reaches about 6500 RPM then i saw it go 1.0 0.07.0.03 all before I shifted at 6900. Is this normal?
All readings taken with my broken interceptor (picks and chooses when to display data, surprisingly came on tonight )

with 18 psi and 9.5:1 static compression. It equals out to something like 14.5:1 compression, thats pretty damn impressive on pump gas, only 1 degree of KR isn't bad at all!

I have the exact same set up as you (minus the exhaust and downpipe) and I got peak 253 hp on the Interceptor (when it works (lol)). 329 bhp is 273 whp. That sounds more like what Rob @ Intense is running with a 2.5" and HP Tuners. Not too spoil the party but the numbers sound a littler rich is all I'm saying. The boost numbers sound accurate though!! Did you get a reply from Aeroforce yet? Are they supposedly sending you a new unit?

Here is what my car was putting down with just an exaust.
Now IM sure that Neither the Inteceptor or that Dyno where 100% accuarate. There was a lot of drama in my thread with that dyno chart saying its too high. I agree from what Ive seen other cars put down, its a lot higher then it should be. Maybe I have a factory freak or maybe a sensor/dyno is off, but thats what it says. it was 329 in the 88 degree heat. I mean check my 1/4 mile? 13.8 at 105 w/ 2.35 60 foot? Thats a 13.5 or less 1/4 mile time with a good launch. How many people with more mods then me are hitting times like that?
I will be hitting the track up Friday to see what I can get down. I will hit the evolution dyno day up next time they have it too, to see what kinda HP I am putting down now. I will definately update as soon as I get that info.

More drama today:
Took my car in to the dealer and left it for them to loosen the bolts on the 3.0 ring to the correct 15 lbs torque. They first told me they could do that and it would cost me $50. After alot of argueing they finally said they could loosen the screws without charging me and also install the CAB's that have been sitting in my garage for over a month now. They originally quoted 1 hour labor at $120 (with tax) back when I ordered them from JBP. 6 hours after I dropped my car off they call me and tell me it will be $574 to install the bushings, alone, plus they decided they couldn't loosen the bolts now because they say they're supposed to be that tight (nearly 70 lbs measured with a torque wrench in my garage). If they loosen the bolts they'll fly off and be held responsible (BS, it says right in the instructions 15 lbs., if that's wrong, it's GM Performance that would be responsible, but it isn't wrong anyways). I argue the price for the CAB's and they come down to $374, then later tell me that they don't have the required tools to do the job (this is a dealership). The last I spoke with them they said they could put the new pulley ring on for me at $50 but could not loosen the bolts to 15 lbs because of liability.
Sorry for the long rant, but I've just totally had it with Bill Heard Chevy. What a wasted day...

Well I guess this was my lucky day as I got my Torks bit back from the dealer that installed my STG2 & then I got home & had a small issue with the belt sliping while trying to loosen the bolts so here is what I did!
I had my son hold the 15mm wrench & pull twards the front of the car & this added tension to the belt and held the pulley so I could loosen the bolts one at a time as I had to keep moving the pulley to the clear area to insure straight insertion of the torks bit & it worked like a charm!
Plus last night I found NGK BKR7E plus at advanced auto for $1.99 each & I isnatlled them tinight also
I took it for a short spin & liked what I felt but I want to see what it does on the interstate tomarrow :
Thanks for all the input on installing as it really helps to have some one pioneer ahead of you to list the do's & don'ts
Now one question is will there be any long term effect on running this pulley all the time like on trips & day to day driving ???
