I can get the s/c out in less than 30 mins...

if you have the belt off, its just 4 bolts, some electricals and vacuum line and she lifts off, just make sure to put something to cover the intercooler while you work on the s.c and make sure nothing gets in the s/c or the IC

also be careful with the TB....

If I were you, I'd take it back to that dealer again and demand to talk to the service manager. They screwed up and then gave you a bs line so they wouldn't have to fix their own mistake. I really had to raise stink with mine, but they finally did the work, and then I had to raise stink again because they still tried to charge me for it. Dealerships like these aren't helping GM with their lagging sales, either.

It makes me wonder how much the little mystery part cost us. Maybe thats why the kit prices went down no mystery parts.

By the way has anyone figured out a perfect plug and gap to run with the PB 2.8?

I use stock plugs and no issues. I put the copper ones in and they seems to not run as good as the stock one so I put the stock ones back in and i am running fine.

Well I just got mine tonight. It only took 3 days to ship the pulley. I did a one man install and it took about 30 minutes, I almost stripped the pulley loosener and i ended up having to use a vice grip and I had to squize as tight as i could. I totally recommend having another person with you!! After test driving it, it was like a whole new beast. Overall great pulley thanks pulley boyz.

Well I finally got my Stage2 pulley off. My son came over last night and gave me a hand. Those blue bolts sure were tight. Used a rubber strap wrench to help hold the pulley still. If you look at the bit that came with the Stage2 kit it has a spiral to it. That spiral bit was made to torque things on with, it was never meant to be used for removal. What did you guys torque your bolts to? I torque the bolts that I purchased with the Pulley Boys pulley to 25 ft lbs

Has anyone else done any data logging with this pulley? My injectors are maxing out around 6800 rpms and the car is running a little on the lean side. My only other mod is a K&N intake

Between 3000-5500 RPM I see 12.8 -12.2 and near 7000 I see high 11's on the WEGO.

Runs a tad lean under 3/4 throttle up hills though. Nice at WOT.

Stage 2 reflash. some will argue there is no difference in the reflash then I ask them why is it offered in stage 1 and the kit that takes you from stage 1 to stage 2? I know it is different as I know technicians who are familiar with the reflash. but the better thing to do is get HP Tuners software. end of story.
