Question About GM Stage Kits
I have done my fair share of surfing the website in search of an answer... So I might as well ask:
Are the ECU tuning codes for the GM stage kits 1 & 2 identical? Many thanks in advance!

yes sir they are!!!
the stage 2 is, well... the second stage.. haha... the first stage is the injectors and ecu, and the 2nd stage is whether you wanna use the smaller pulley or not...
it is VERY UNRECOMMENDED, before you ask, that you use the smaller pulley without going stage 1 first.. trust me

not at all....
my stage 2 belt broke (installed wrong, missed a rib) and i had to use the OEM belt..
worked perfect, even on the 2.8 for the short time i needed it on there..
you would really only need to do that after going down to a 2.5 or 2.6 pulley (2.7 if you wanna use stock belt)
my sizes could be wrong... but really... i havent had belt slip with the 2.8 on a oem belt, sure as hell not seeing it on a stage 2 belt (smaller sized)... so im sure you can use it down to a 2.6 if you really wanted to... or had to to say the least..

ive ran that all the way up to redline... and i didnt use it cause i thought it was smart.. i just had to...
im guessing if the belt gets old and worn, it might slip later in life.. but it worked perfect for me...
