Also in the stock dyno something pulled a lot of timing starting at what looks to be 5500rpm (cant tell cause no rpm on graph) Im not sure on its affect on peak but notice the dip at 5500rpm isnt there on their after graph. And being the tunes were supposed to be the same...

well, sounds like you guys are on to something, care to enlighten us, or just me?

We have a head ready to be shipped to the machine shop so if you buy one you will have the new head sent to you and then you will send back your old for a core exchange. So it can be done in as little as 2 days. It could be done on a weekend if you are good to do it your self but I would not recomend this for a novice. A good shop could probly do it in 1 day.

the test were on the exact same dyno, same SAE corrections.
Yes the HP numbers are spikes both stock and ported. I'll see if I can get a graph from the dyno overlaying both runs. The difference throughout the entire power is significant.
The only tuning we did was to account for the increase in air flow. Just fixed the air/fuel.
If you don't think our stock numbers were good, take a look at the GM Stage 2 sheet posted in the first post. Still 30WHP on top of GMS2. Every GMS2 we dyno'd ran those numbers +/- a few HP.

and better flow numbers dont neccessarily lead to more power/torque but the exhaust port is the cork in this motor...

IE
CNC port intake, exhaust and chambers
Diamond honed guides, valve job and deck skim
SI Valves Intake Valve - GM Ecotec - 36.1mm (+1mm)
SI Valves Exhaust Valve - GM Ecotec - 31.1mm (+1mm)
Ferrea GM Ecotec Titanium Retainer - use with S10057 valve spring
Ferrea GM Ecotec Dual Valvespring - 75lb on seat, 14mm max lift
GM Valve Seal - GM Ecotec
Head studs
Cosmetic Head Gasket
Even then...it's still may be cost prohibitive for me.
