The RPM and AFR was cut off of the stock dyno because everyone already knows how rich it runs stock.

Both runs were done to 6500 to keep the results more comparable. Yes we could have run to 7000 but then there would be people bitching because we didnt use the same RPM.

The stock run ran well below 10 afr on the tail pipe sniffer thats why there is such a loss in power in the mid 5000's. After the mods the AFR came up to around 10.8 buy the top end but was running to lean until around 5000 so the afr was tuned because you dont do such extensive mods and not tune for it. Theh owner drives this car hard and we dont need it blowing up on him.

I would not mind a ported head from you guys but i dont want a month or more in down time waiting for the head to get back. I drive this car everyday.

We have a head ready to be shipped to the machine shop so if you buy one you will have the new head sent to you and then you will send back your old for a core exchange. So it can be done in as little as 2 days. It could be done on a weekend if you are good to do it your self but I would not recomend this for a novice. A good shop could probly do it in 1 day.

the test were on the exact same dyno, same SAE corrections.

Yes the HP numbers are spikes both stock and ported. I'll see if I can get a graph from the dyno overlaying both runs. The difference throughout the entire power is significant.

The only tuning we did was to account for the increase in air flow. Just fixed the air/fuel.

If you don't think our stock numbers were good, take a look at the GM Stage 2 sheet posted in the first post. Still 30WHP on top of GMS2. Every GMS2 we dyno'd ran those numbers +/- a few HP.

wow over 100cfm increase on exhaust, and almost 100cfm increase on the intake, @550 lift. thats verry impressive. good flow numbers.

haha, you are looking at that chart wrong. It's a little over 40cfm increase intake and a little over 50cfm increase exhaust.

Still a lot though. But not over 100.

QFTT, I'm doing a mild port/polish to my head when I add all my new mods. Also porting the stock intake manifold. Stock exhaust ports are tiny though.

so how many would be interested if we run a group buy on the head and beat up on our supplier for a really low price.

GMPP has some heads with exhaust ported...700 bucks

Would have to be just the assembled (possibly unassembled) head for me to be interested. Don't need the exhaust, don't need the t/s.

IE
CNC port intake, exhaust and chambers
Diamond honed guides, valve job and deck skim
SI Valves Intake Valve - GM Ecotec - 36.1mm (+1mm)

Even then...it's still may be cost prohibitive for me.
