Updated as of 2/21.
Ordered more parts, installing my clutch this weekend and going to start putting this thing back together. Running my return lines and feed. Getting my charge pipes, downpipe and exhaust made as soon as I get everything else installed.

Have you installed the turbo yet? Did you have any fitment issues? Reason I ask is because I ran into fitment issues with the other turbo I had and I wanted to make sure this one fits with no issues of it rubbing anywhere before I actually purchase it.

Yeah the turbo and manifold are both installed. The turbo is pretty close to the firewall but it's fine!

Making progress very slowly. With work and my powdercoating business, it's hard to even work on my own car, but I just got a handful of parts today in the mail. All brand new Silicon vacuum lines and oil fittings. Hopefully my wastegate will come in today so I can start routing my lines and run my oil lines.
Once I get off work at 4, gonna meet up with a css buddy to help him install a downpipe and give him his powdercoated rims I had done, then I'm going to get started on my car!

I see no rods, pistons, valve springs, cams, etc. Youre going to rebuild the engine before doing this? U may want to get better axels too. People always forget the axles when putting power to the ground and then break em at the strip.

Map is a great company. I got a few freebies from them on my last order and they got it to me quickly.

The engine is going to be stock, I'm not looking to push insane power. I plan on doing all the upgrades like rods/pistons and valve springs in the near future (2 months or so), but at the moment, just a basic turbo swap setup! And my axles should be fine, I'm going to get a trans mount and new upper engine mount to help with the wheel hop. It won't be taken to the strip much, if any, but yeah the axles will be on the list as well!

Last night, I got a lot accomplished. Updated OP with latest pictures!
Finished installing my clutch and got my wastegate and dump tube bolted up. Installed my 80# injectors.
Today I'm going to see if I can get my charge pipes made. This is the last part of the build, should be wrapping up shortly!

I have everything done and bolted on except for the charge pipes, downpipe and exhaust, and of course the BOV and the vacuum lines ran, but that's easy once I get the charge pipes on. Other than that, I got the new clutch installed and everything else is good to go!
I just can't wait til this thing is done!
