red tip spark plug???
So I have been driving around and my car feels really hesitant and seems to misfire. I took the plugs out and the tips are red on all 4. WTF! I dont know what this is or means and no one at any auto places around here can tell me anything about it either. what to do??? here is some pics:

i really need help with this. i have burned through 3 sets now
actually i have. i used an octane booster not too long ago but this happened once before then too, a little while after sea foaming

yeh all i could find was additives in the gas causing it no "cure" for it though try different gas i NEVER use an quick mart type of gas stations usually there gas sucks try some different gas

High Speed Glazingthat indicate combustion chamber temp have risen suddenly during hard acceleration,normal deposits melt to form a conductive coating,causing misfires.so change the plugs with colder range.
