Reflash
I was wondering .. who does the reflash's the dealer it self .. or aftermarket place of some sort and if so anyone know where to get it done around Nj.

If you are referring to the stage I/stage II reflash:
You get an ID number that is matched to your VIN. The GM tech calls for the reflash, and gives them the ID. Then GM sends the reflash to them, and they hit your ECU with it.
This prevents anyone from getting the reflash who hasn't purchased a GM staged kit.
