If you doin that you need a smaller pulley to get the full effect. Just after porting my blower the way I did, with my 2.6" pulley the blower hurts my ears! I can't imagine what it will be like after fillin in those holes!!!!!!!!

I noticed on your in car-video that you are only pulling about 17lbs of boost on you 2.6 in pulley. I am geeting 16.5 on my 2.999 (gm stage 3 pulley). Interesting.

That was back then, shitty tune and it was pulling boost for some reason, plus it was 100 degrees. Last night I was hitting 20 which is normal for me now.

I know it sounds like a cheap fix, but I manage a collision center and have done this before on my Cobra. I drover it like that for over 90,000 miles. Trust me. I really understant where you are coming from and I am usually the first one to call someone out when they are hacking up their car, but this actually works.
On a side note, I did not have time to get this done this weekend, but when I do I will take lots and lots of pictures for everyone.

Well, I will definately be waiting to hear how it goes.

Its just common courtesy to not purposely annoy people for no reason. 90% of people will be annoyed by the loudness 10% may think wow thats cool....
Do as you wish, defintely not trying to tell you what to do, just trying to suggest not being so self-centered/annoying.

Well im am interested in these results as well so I took a second and emailed Eaton about this to get some answers straight from the source on what the holes are actually there for and what the effect of filling them in will be. Ill post up the results when I hear back from them.

If this is true and works out, I may also be thinking of doing this as well. I love the whine. And to cobaltburst or w/e your name is, the supercharger only whines (noticeably) when it's in BOOST! Unless your gunning it through your neighborhood, how are people going to hear it? Think about that while I go and get something to eat to satisfy my hunger
