Ok, well I am running a 2.7 with 60's on 91 Octane and getting between 2-3* of knock...currently I have BKR7E's gapped at .35, so I am going to try bkr8eixs and see what happens...I am running iridiums because I can't find 2 step colder COPPER plugs...so do you guys think going an step colder will help with knock? because unfortunetly I can't do squat for octane.....

You shouldn't need 2 step colder plugs, that's way cold.
Octane would have a lot to do with it. If you can't find 93 maybe try some octane boost.
I think a proper tune would help you the most though.
Edit: It looks like you are tuned. Interesting....

i would never run a plug right out of the bo without checking it. i used to work at an advance auto and i have seen how much stuff gets bounced around during shipping. always check to make sure they are gapped correctly before use!
