ss/sc turbo swap down for now

guys guys went to the track the other night and blow my turbo and my motor first pass to let you guys all know paul already posted it do go over 350 with the stock intake manifold here are the pics

why'd ya say that, do you even know what these motor's can handle? it's an issue with air distribution of the stock lower intake manifold, these stock motors can take quite the beating

and just for a note, my car's been over 410whp for over 6 months now, been turbo'd and over 360whp since last august, and she's still going strong. dyno'd last week to check and still made 414/378 on straight pump gas

i also made 396 for 6 days lol

plans are to get the turbo rebuilt and winter build the hole thing

I ran my car, but my shifter cables are all f'd up (won't go into 3rd gear) and my 2-step wasn't working nor was the wot box (clutch switch needs to be adjusted)
still went 13.1@116mph vids are in the island thread I started.

It looked as if you went from 2nd to 4th on the first run, or you eventually got it into 3rd with some coercion.

it took on average 2-3 seconds to get it into 3rd pretty much every run, I think one run it actually went in, but I had to lift completely off the gas and wait a second to get it in

wasn't even heat, it was the first pass and it blew going into 3rd gear, still went 14.08 @108mph though with coasting the end of the track.

I really doubt its a lower intake manifold problem...never had a problem I didnt cause with mine My pistons looked mint when i pulled em.
