Unhappy SS In The Shop For Sunroof

No that damn clip didn't fall out. Something in the sunroof assembly went out and it wouldn't lower. So I took it in to have it serviced because of threatening rain and they try to stick me with a POS rental car but I refused and said that it would severely hurt my reputation. So they gave me an '05 1500 Crew cab instead. It’s horrible, it's too long, shifts on the column, 17 miles per gallon, and worst of all, has no XM radio and doesn’t read MP3 CD's - my entire music collection is USELESS. I'm suffering here..... I've had this monstrosity for about 3 days now and within hours of having it I backed into a Volvo. I called today to see what the ETA on my SS was and they said the sunroof for the Cobalt was on backorder. Yes... I believe that since I've only found 2 other Cobalts here and all of them are suffering from catastrophic sunroof failure. What they meant to say is "We're having too much fun putting miles on your car."

I havent had any problems with my sunroof. ALthough my car didnt come with one from the factory. Got it thrown in with the car purchase. Mine has two programable buttons, a close button, a manual open button, and a manual close button. mine is also warrantied for three yrs/36 months.

Think they went Ferris Bueller's Day Off on your Cobalt?

Should have saved your $800 for CAI and a nice exhaust. I hate electric sunroofs.

I won't complain because of what kind of car you got as a rental... your not going to get something super nice it's to pass the time.
