Finally, I guess good things take time! Nice numbers, congrats.

How about some pictures of that exceptional fit and finish? Would love to see your manifold, dp, charge pipes, intercooler. The whole kit, ya know?

I'll let Ted tell the specifics of the kit, but I believe the turbo is a GT3071R.

That was the stage 2 car. If I can remember correctly what my friend told me (the guy with the stage 1), everything is there for the stage 2 setup, they just build the motor first.

dude....they were at 400 or close to it with the 30r a while a go and that bigolred that blew his motor was at 396 on the 30r also.

i bet stage 1 is setup safe for people not wanting to blow the stock internals where stage 2 just kicks it up a notch.

^^^^beat me to it lol

It is our own total package, It is a stage one for stock internal engines we are not trying to set any records just good old solid reliable power on the stock internals.

I feel 325 is a good safe number for the stock internals and weak block.

The stage one actually comes with the GT2860RS which will easily support this power and have a bit quicker spool up, but this customer is planning the engine build up in the future so he opted for the GT3071R Now only a $300.00 difference.

Gains over the stock SS with a Cold air and a Cat back GMPP exhaust were 105 lb. torque and 95 HP.

The High Torque of this Package is what is so Impressive to Drive.

Yeah, they are. Keeps the cost of the kit down, and at these power levels it doesn't seem to be a problem.

(Not trying to steal your thunder, Ted. I'm just bored at work. lol)

Stock intake manifold with the dual bypass mod. and an air to air intercooler in the front. Charge air temps are REALLY low compared to the blowers.

That is what most people would Like believe but Trust me it won't make a bit of gain, in fact I would expect to lose power due to giving up the intercooling.

Our Charge Air Temps today were 75-85 Degrees Through Back to Back 4th gear pulls.

We had no Problems making 400 Wheel with the Stock intercooled Intake Manifold on the stage 2 car.

The Stage 1 Turbo Kit Made exactly the Same Power with 2 1/4 GMPP Borla Exhaust Or an Open Cat Down Pipe, Go Figure!

And don't say the Cat Hurts Power Because the Stage 2 has the Stock Cat ON at 400 Wheel.

The Only difference with the Open Cat Pipe was the turbo spooled about 100 RPM earlier, Same Torque Same HP.

Call me for Pricing because the kit can be had Complete Turn Key, or Ala Cart.

Boy You Said a Mouth Full, Thanks,

Yes I will Post Pics as soon As I can get them off the Camera and sort through them we took a ton of Pictures.

This Kit Uses the Stock Cat pipe, so It's a legal Begal.

I still have to write Installation Instructions from the Pictures and Notes we took during the installs.

Ted.

the stock intake manifold is one of the most restrictive parts on these cars. Changing the manifold would allow you to gain MUCH more power, and use the power MUCH more efficiently. I will pm you for more information.
