Well today me and my bro (Cvenom2122) had our Stage 1 kits installed. Ive asked the question quite a few times what MPH you have to shift in to 4th at. Well Me and my brother tested this in my car a few moments ago and the answer appears to be 106, up from the 98 or something it was at before. This means in most cases you should be able to run the 1/4 mile without having to shift into 4th also it appears my redline moved from 6500 to 6900 not extactly 7, but it could be my tach that is listing it wrong.

OMG this kit ownz. You take it up to 7 and shift, and its barely feels like your losing any power. I cant wait to hit the track up tomorrow.

I'm thinking about ditching the Intense! It's not as "great" as some of the hype...Don't get me wrong it makes great power BUT it is VERY finicky...

incorrect stage one with 2.8 and smaller pulley = ownage. Tell me now that you have injectors and a flash what else would the 500 dollar intense kit give you but a smaller pulley. Maf-t outta the kit won't do you a damn. I'm not hating on there kit in anyway but its gonna make them step there game up and come out with better newer stuff. I see RIU probly gonna have the market on smash with what there coming out with, its just if people will be able to aford what there selling. Competion keeps things moving. I like it.

IF People can't hit 13's with 240+ whp its the driver and not the kit. hell i hit 14 flat with a blown tranny and only traping at 96. Granted i have 250+whp and no flash yet but you get the idea.

yeah. Stock you had to add the last shift into 4th at the very end of the track, but with the 7k redline we should be able to only use 3rd

hahah easy put an if in front of people and thats the correct statment. But even thoug i left the if out it still reads "its the driver not the kit" which would mean if a person with 240whp plus can't hit 13's its not the cars fault its the driver. Common if you did more than glance at my post you wouldn't have taken it the wrong way

Yea, i guess a 12.94 sucks for an INTENSE stage 3 kit The fuel curve and timing in the GM flash SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw it on the dyno in person. But thats ok, makes it easier to be faster.

The ONLY thing good about the stg 1&2 is the 7K redline, PERIOD!

It takes TORQUE as well When you make 240HP and 200lbft of TQ, you need to rev the living fu## out of it to run fast. Guess what, 7K STILL isn't high enough!

I have my own personal feelings about the Intense kit some are positive and some are negitive but nows not the time and place for it. But its not fair that you gonna act like i said that 12.94 with the Intense kit sucks. I was gonna post up my feelings but any thing i have to say about it i would rather just pm you and discuss it there rather than turn this place into a flame fest. My qualms with the kit aren't bad enough to make too many post on it casuse 1: I don't run that kit so why should i bash it and 2: what other people do with there cars is what ever. Fair enough? And anything else i said about the intense kit i tried to post up what i considerd to be thruth even though it might have come off as biased. I've just decided to just leave that topic alone from now on and let things be.
