Stage 2 Question

how many psi of boost will the GM stage 2 deliver? what is the diameter of the pulley it comes with? when i read about a 2.9 pulley or a 2.8 pulley that means the diameter right? smaller pulley means the supercharger spins faster at the same rpm which is more boost, but how much? how many psi with 2.9, and how many with 2.8?

wow you should read and search a little more, but FYI stage 2 is 15 lbs of boost, 3 inch pulley, every .10 off the pulley is about 1 lb of boost, and you'll need a tensioner with a 2.8 pulley or below, possible even with a 2.9, and get cooler plugs whatever you do.

x2 and any lower in size, think about investing in cooling mods.

ya I wouldn't run a stage2 without a CAI and catback, or else you'll blow your cat, and the stage 2 wont work to its full potential
