What's so special about the tool? Aren't they just allen head bolts you could use an allen socket on?

im pretty sure u cant. its a special bit u cnt just buy at a hardware store

Just thought I'd try and save you a little money. I thought maybe the gm pulleys were held on with the same kind of bolts ZZP uses
