The stage 1 as described by the redline forum is said to include injectors and a reflash.
I looked at a post in this forum from a while ago and it said the stage 1 would also include a pulley.

Which one is correct?

What would you get out of a reflash ? certainly not more boost.... ? So a higher rev limit ?
The injectors are just to support the higher revs? what would that probably give you about 20hp and thats only due to being able to rev another 700rpm ? seems kinda lame.. just my opinion.. Now a stage 2 with a pulley, flash, injectors etc now that sounds sweet... that stage 1 just seems kinda sissy... ? Maybe im just being negative.. i dunno... I mean if GM comes out with ANYTHING its going to be cool since it will be from the factory and hopefully wont effect the warranty.. I just hope the make the HP gains worth the money..

Excerpt from post #7 on Redline Forums:
"I was told that stage one will give a "significant" increase in power that you will feel immediately, no doubt. Also on the verge of release if a mod kit that will allow you to play with the fuel and spark curves and raise the RPM limit. RPM limit will not go over 7000, and possible be limited to 6700 to 6900 range. From the GMHPD engineer: "your bottom is good for 8000 RPM all day long, but the factory stock valve springs are only good to 7250 RPM, so you won't see over 7000 from GM."
Sounds good to me, glad to hear the stock bottom end is good to 8K RPM. As for the Valve springs though, I suppose they would have to be changed in order to safely push anything over 7100 RPM without the valves starting to float.
I just need to get an SS S/C first now...
