Stock Spark Plug Replacements

I have roughly 15K on my car. I am still all stock motor wise. I am wanting to know if there is a good plug to replace the stock ones with. The car just doesn't seem to have the power that it used to have. I know that our cars run majorly rich and was thinking that the plugs are covered in carbon right now. I know that I will end up going stage 2 later on, but that will be in at least a year or two. Thank you for your help.
