also I notice that LNF cam rollers are always scored compared to LSJ ones...ditto the cam lobes...not sure what that means.

I am on 80's as well. You have your injectors scaled; your mpg will never be right. I get 20mpg (80hwy/20city) on E and my car always reads 30.1-30.9 mpg. Any injectors scaled in the tune will never read right on your car again. In fact if you do the 20 divided into 30 you will see the 66 percent error. So that leads your car to read the other 33 percent (one third) higher in the mpg calculations on your dash display.

I figured you got the 20mpg from doing the math, didnt say you didnt, just sharing some observations of my setup on E and I hate having things not work as OEM but I guess I can live with a wrong mpg reading. I dialed my tire size into the tenth in HPtuners so it reads exactly to gps. OCD much?

this is where I am, on stock fuel system alone (lsj) with 80's I ran out of fuel at 22-23 psi on E. Which is really amazing.

our system is 58-60 psi. I want to bump this up with nothing more than a brfps from zzp to see what more I can do with my 20g but its on the back burner as I have other mods I want to finish like exterior and suspension stuff.

Ya i have a zzp brfs
And a aem 340lph fuel pump. (works well and is only 100$ from summit racing. And theres no major mods needed. Just cut the stock fuel hose from the pump to the lid on the canister and put on the one they supplied with the pump done deal. It even plugs into the factory harness.)
