that's an exhaust port and you should leave an intake port sand roll smooth not polished

just because you have a cnc head dose not mean it will out perform a hand ported some shops will report a cnc ported head to maximize its out put

Heh, pretty sure he means more than just the bolts.

Did you flow test those ports and how do they match up with the exh mani? Are they mismatched for preventing reversion? Is the expansion section slightly wider than the high speed section and finally, did you ever cut through a head like you did that block?

I have not flow tested it. Im just going for shear size for flow i hope.
No i have not cut up a head yet. And trust me i want to cut up one of every ecotec block and head to see differenced. Its just tryin to find ppl willing to give me blocks or heads that r no longer good. Im willing to pay shipping but cant seem to find anyone.

I have a spare LSJ block with a cracked #2 outer sleeve. Only way to salvage it would be Dartons or the like.

Yeah, just outside of Columbus, OH. The block has just been sitting in the garage for quite some time. Completely bare block. Cracked #2 sleeve, it is cracked on the outer aluminum sleeve, no longer has the cast iron cylinder liner. Cylinders 1, 3 and 4 are still intact with the cylinder liners.

**** the only station within 100 miled that has e85 is down. Looks like its back to **** octane(91). This really ***** my weekend. Had a few races lined up for tonight. Should have been an easy 500$ but no ****** e85. Its funny how the honda guys havent cought onto the E85=cheap power. Lol

Update
One bolts is literaly keeping me from firing up the cavalier. Had to order from the dealer, should have it tomarrow.
Just waiting on the block now for my 2.4 lsj.

I also have 2 more engines that should be ariving for me to rebuild. So im gona be busy not to mention having 3 engines in my garage.
