Its all cnc done.
The block is machined then its mirriored into a plate of half inch thick aluminum then set into the block then welded in a few spots. Its really shitty if u ask me..but now im stuck with it.

So turn the block upside down silly
I think Trevor has a good idea that I'm looking in to. We'll talk about it tomorrow. Kind of a DIY gen3 minus the sand cast part...

Why do you say "hotter than satan's pookiehole" Its still being cooled up by the coolent, Its the same concept as whats done to that the ZZP motor,
Here is my problem with the ZZP motor!! ( IMO )So its filled by a different type of Alum then the block, And there for will expend and contract differently, And i would just after so long, it would end up putting to much stress on something, and ending up cracking something, but again that IMO, Iam not a master engine builder or anything, just in .02

Turn it upside down, put tape or something so it doesnt leak into the sleeves, and fill it, it would only be about 1/2 inch, And it would say up there, its an expoy, so it will stick to the block, as long as its cleaned right

Been a while since i updated this. Been helping other ppl with there builds.
Exhaust ports r almost done.
For those of u that dont know i picked up a Tvs 1320. I still plan to do some M62 dyno pulls and Hopfuly set a record.
I have yet to order the parts to setup a second fuel system. That will come at a later time.
I think my TOB gave up Im finding brake fluid under the.car. So this is giving me a reason to get the 2.4 ready cuz if Im putting a new TOB in it will be attached to a 2.4.
