exactly as it says...your eaton superchager in the snout has its own oil and it needs to be changed, depending on the pulley size and the rpms you are turning. in order to change it. there is a black plug on the snout side of the supercharger with an allenkey just undo that and using a turkeybaster with a small piece of hose suck out as much as possible and replace it with the new oil. should take almost 2 bottles

superchargers have moving parts. obviously they require oil. Obviously oil wears out after a while, and if you run a smaller pulley the internal supercharger parts are working alot faster hence the oil will wear out alot quicker. So it's a good idea if you have a smaller pulley to change it at probably 25,000 - 40,000 miles. IMO

it takes 6 oz, you can buy from gm or buy a quart of 15w50 fully synthetic mobil 1 at an auto parts store... this is what stiegimeier does when they do rebuilds... ive asked them and they recommended every 30 to keep it fresh and clean and also regrease the bearings in the housing

i just recently had to take mine apart if you guys need any help or want to see pics of the inside parts
btw, if the supercharger is not taken care of properly things will start to go bad(really only small pulley applications)
bearings will need to be replaced or rotors will start to wear out and the the sc will sound like a bucket of bolts.... happend to me

im sure they will charge quite a bit for the labor... if you can, i would do it your self. it takes about an hour... dealers charge around 90 per hour
