Swapped Plugs Again! NGK vs Zex Pics!

I just swapped plugs again last night.
Victoria hasn't been running so hot lately so I had to see what these new Zex plugs were looking like.
Sorry about the pics, it was getting late and cloudy out.

At the bottom you will find a comparison of my plugs. The NGKs look a heck of a lot better than that Zex plugs. I'm kind of dissapointed in the ZEX plugs. They are only 5 months old. I'm going to stick with the NGK BKR7E's from now on.

New Zex #82003-4 plug

Used 5 month old Zex #82003-4 plug

New NGK BKR7E plug

Used 1 year old NGK BKR7E plug

Weren't pieces breaking off of the zex plugs too? That's what stopped me from getting them. I just picked up some new NGK iridiums. 2 ranges colder. They're going in when my 2.6 does.

I heard about that. Someone had a problem with peices braking off. Not cool.

I'm just going to stick with NGKs from now on.

i'm a little surprised thats the style of plug zex has. thats is not the plug style you want for nitrous from everything I've heard.

the people that have had problems with pieces breaking off, were they running nitrous? no2 has a been known to create very high temperatures and melt spark plug tips. I've burned off 2 tips my self, and know of a lot of other people who have done the same thing.

So take that problem with a grain of salt.
