To run the 2.8 on the TVS safely I'd say you should use the CTI race header/3" downpipe to a 3" catback exhaust.

If not EGT's will skyrocket.

Also, some 79lb injectors will be needed. 60's will not be able to keep up with the airflow the TVS produces.

Everything else you should be good.

I don't know what the primaries are and also I think Vibrant is 2.5", not 3".

I could be wrong on that.

You're gonna want 3" all the way. The more air you shove into the motor, the more air you wanna be able to get out.

Actually. Scratch the vibrant/CTI deal.

OTTP's longtube header is the route I'd go now.

Because it's primaries all the way to the collector(just prior to the v-band flange).

The v-band outlet you can get in either 3" or 2.5".

Primaries come in 2 different sizes. If you get the 1.75" primaries you'll be more than golden on a 2.8 pulley with the TVS.

I'm telling you, that longtube header is the best header on the market by far.

And extremely well craftsmanship.

I don't know all the pro/cons of it.

All I do know is that for bigger builds(IE TVS) or something that flows a lot of air, longtube is the way to go.

Megan racing exhaust is 2.5".

Hahn and CTI make 3" exhausts.

I don't know of any others.

You can get a custom mandrel bent exhaust if you want.

All of that is "safe" if tuned properly.

If you don't want to buy a new exhaust you might wanna just pass up on the TVS with 2.8

You'll choke it out and end up losing power.

But to answer your question, from the v-band, you can get the 2.5" adapter. That'll bolt up to your current exhaust.

killa you dont comprehend things very well do you you can run wat ever pully you want

you can run strait meth to and you add the water to help absorb the heat from the blower not to make the meth a little safer there is some missinformation in this thread

and you dont need a ******* race header to run a tvs either a cia or zzp header is more then sufficant
