My car is doing this now. Does the crank relearn help solve the problem?

already tried a new throttle body and ecm and that wasn't the issue. checked the wires and they're all good. I haven't checked the pedal itself yet, I'm going to check that tomorrow. Thanks for the help.

check if it plugged in. make sure it's clean and if that doesn't work replace the tb. I had to replace the tb. Then the car was fine and finally could get full boost.

I already tried a brand new throttle body and ecm and it didn't work. I think there might be a short in the injector or something or else the gas pedal itself...

thanks for all the help guys. The problem was actually with the pump for the liquid to air intercooler. I put a terminal into the fuse box in a spot that had power with key on only and for some reason it was messing with the circuit to tell the throttle body what position to be at.
