Im not sure if you understand exactly what it does. The LSJ and the lnf bearing are very similar. The LSJ TOB just has a boot over the spring. I dont think it feels any better or anything like that. It might be made to last longer tho.

I had them side by side and they seemed to have the exact same dimensions. Me and Tom at ced couldnt find a difference besides the boot.

i think its something we cant see. when i had my exedy with the LSJ TOB, even with the clutch depressed all the way, when i went to put it in first the car would roll forward. i switched to the LNF TOB and it did not do this anymore. it leads me to believe that it indeed does have a longer throw

Makes sense. Maybe it compresses more. I dunno, The lnf was was 20 bucks cheaper than the Lsj TOB, so i bought it. works fine.

It does. And your experience is correct and as we found. The effective movement of this part is in the travel range, not in the total height of the part, nor is it in the total travel of the part...LNF is 10% longer in its range. I posted it, Maven explained how and why. And as I said at the get go, its cheaper. Whats not to like?

Different internal volume would cause that, and would not be measurable externally.

Think changing piston size on a master cyl.
