Timing Chain issue

I need help on timing chain issue for my cobalt ss/sc. I have a 2005 and the timing chain tension-er or guides are going out. I cant find replacement parts, or really know where to look for them. I went to a dealership but know that is going to cost over a grand most likely. If anyone can let me know how to do it myself, or of a video that shows it it would be appreciated.

Not going to be a dick by this post but check the How-To section on these forums and there is a write up im sure on how to change the parts. As for where to get Im not sure but maybe try AutoParts Warehouse, or just do a Google search for the parts you need.
