I know these cars are front wheel drive so theres nothing we can do to make them hook great, but what mounts are the best to inprove traction, and help lower 60' times?

op you need to bag the back so the weight wont transfer off of the front wheels it can be done with drag bags from airlift or you can go to walmart and get 2 cheap footballs and put them in the springs and air them up to keep the weight on the front wheels

how much do you think this will help my 60' time, my best is a 2.3 on street tires

On street tires a 2.3 isn't bad. You also should look into either OTTP stg 2 rotated trans mounts or TTR STOP mounts. They're the same thing, just different companies. Rotates the engine/trans to align better with the axles...reduces wheel hop tremendously.

I haven't heard of people hitting those numbers without radials. To be honest, that should be your next step - those work much better than mounts do for getting rid of wheel hop.

Same. My usual 60' is something like 2.4 and I can't get above 4k in 1st without hopping but my trap speed is well above average so I'm not complaining.

and yea i thought a 2.3 was pretty decent, could of been a lil better but at the end of first i gave it a lil to much gas and started to hop a lil

my next time at the track im gonna play with my 2 step. see if i cant get a constant 2.1 or even a 2.0!
