Go with a smaller spring in the wastegate. You can always increase boost above itbut it will be hard to tune and you may run into other issues if your lowest boost will be 20.

RC makes a 71lbs injector that fits. This is what I am using. But I should mention at WOT at 350WHP I am only using 47% injector duty. You might not need something that big.

Kind of a turbo noob..
But isnt that turbo a bit big? I have read not go really go over a 50 trim on an engine this small, well for street applications atleast.

you are right, that turbo is gonna take a long while to hit full boost. im talkng prob in the range of 4200-4700 rpms. but he will make some SERIOUS power when it hits. its gonna take a while to get used to on the streets.

Unlike you bastards I have to use Nordic, which is a few dudes who comes down from Sweden once or so every year and tunes Saabs. Though they can tune for absolutely anything, I understand it's a lot more in depth then HP tuners at the moment.
It's also gunna cost 1250 bucks to get it tuned.
edit: I'm not sure if the 2.0t and 2.0T manifolds are different

ok, so im thinking about putting a ls4 throttle body on this to get some extra air in. has anyone proven gains with this and is it worth it. also, until i finish the engine build i ordered a s/c delete kit from www.atpturbo.com instead on putting the hahn manifold on. anyone used this?
