i would say between 400-450whp is starting to really push it and i know people are running 26+psi on the s256 but everything depends on the tune and how you drive your car.

yeah seems like most say under 450 is safe anything over that is not. My buddy is on 26psi and meth on his. I am a EFR so i cant coment on mine.

He has a semi built motor too so he is def around the 450 area currently.

Yeah i still dont have the head on yet. Talked to Steve at ZZP today yes on a sat. So he is calling me Mon Tuesday and we are going to talk bottom end and place the order for the. Already have a decent deposit down so they will most likely start it soon. Once its done car will be picked up by them. Motor swap and head on. Retuned with E85 and a 93 Tune and shipped back home to me.

Cant wait to track this thing.

kool good to know. they'll be getting my car in june for a full build. i wanna do E85 for the lower temps and more power, but wanna retain the capability for gas so i can travel, not many places in michigan have E85. i know of a couple around me but not more then 7 stations with in 40 miles. lol.

Yeah not me i have maybe 3-5 all a hour away. That why i want both tunes. The cobalt is suppose to become a track car mostly. Still looking for a DD AWD with a good amount of miles. Once that happens the cobalt will be stictly a toy. Goal is to buy a tank and stockpile it here.

Hell it should sit at over 500 once i get it back on almost either tune. And 400ish is kind of scary if you dont know how to control a car.

what if i am not once my motor is done here shortly. Its a 2.1 with the girdled installed paired with all the other zzp related parts and a zzp stage 2 ported head an stage 2 turbo cams. Whats my limit going to be in your opinion with the EFR 6758.

On both 93 and meth tune

And on Straight E85.

First off the 252 isn't that big whatsoever. Pushing 28lbs may make the car quicker but run that 28lbs for some time and you'll understand what I am saying... I commented on reliability , not power.. he's asking safely. Not how long will it last if i push it to hard.. running e85 or meth doesnt mean you lose all other worries like head liftin and ect..

The head lifting all depends on head bolts and ect. All the guys who lift the head all ran stock head bolts. So is say safely 24-25 on your setup. Anything more is just asking for issues. Since your stock internals.

Your limit will be fuel of course.... It's all dependant on that.. the internals should hold great .. just fueling. If you get 1000cc injectors, along with the aeromotive pump and a referenced fuel system I can see 600+ easy .. ... Boost .. all dependant on fuel.

I'll give an example. Marks car is a good one... His issue is fuel. If he had larger injectors he'd be able to push his engine more but he was already going static.

I have 80,boost reference with option 2,and the aeromotive pump sitting in a box here now. Issue i have is on 60 and stock and once i try and crank it from 20psi to 21 my afr starts going super lean. Looks like fuel cant catch up past that 17.5

Ure issue sounds like pe error. If your tuning it all you need to do is dial in your maf and your pe. Unless this is on e85 then I can see it. The Redline 6758 I tuned is using 60s and when we had him at 22lbs his idcs were 70% i think and afr was 11.9 ... Do if you tune in everthing and its still doing it then your pump is prob a weak one...... (The force is not with that pump).. sarcasm .. I had to
