I don't like the way that piping looks underneath. Like it hangs down too low and would scrape if the suspension bottomed out or if the car was lowered. Do you have any pics from head on to see if it hangs lower then the frame?

BTW what size is the exhaust? Looks like only a 2.5?

So, being how you guys are doing the installs there. How long is the average install, 3 days, etc? And, what happens if after you guys dyno tune and a customer drives home to say NY and starts having issues with the way the car is running and it has to do with the tune What happens then? Do you expect him to come back to MI, log the car and send you guys the file or will he have to find local tuning, etc?
Don't get me wrong, I like what you guys are doing. It's roughly the same price for a straight turbo build. But I'm wondering what's going to happen customer service wise since not a LOT of people have experience tuning a twincharged car. There are some that have experience tuning a turbo car though. I'm really not sure of a difference, but there seems to be enough for me to ask a question.

Looks good..like the black coating on the pipes...is that a type of powdercoat?
Also what are the specs on that intercooler LxWxH, inlet/outlet sizes, charge piping sizes?

I was also wondering is that zzp exhaust setup also?
And the big question is once you guys start shipping this awesome kit, who will tune it.
Will we get a can Tune and then we go to a shop and Dyno & log everything and email it to you guys? Then vice versa untill its tuned up?
The pipes are awesome gives it a more " I belong in the engine bay" look.

I forgot to ask but it's an important question...um...there's no way this conversion would be able to pass emissions/inspection correct? Is there a cat? If I had the money I'd be all over this...but with the pre-install stuff I'd need to do (clutch, axles, mounts, maybe some internals) it's going to be a while before I could do it.
It's heat resistant coating I assume.

Zoomer, I wish you knew how this would work out on a 2.4L. I'm gonna start working on an engine build for my car as soon as I get second gear fixed and my tickets paid off. And I would love to twin charge it with your ZZP kit, and use other ZZp stuff as well

Oooh.... now this is a frightening idea... If I recall correclty, weren't the 2.4's that bolted on SC's putting up better numbers than the LSJ's?

Beck would be the man to answer this question. They do put up awesome numbers, but I can't remember exact numbers.
I thought about a single turbo kit from Hahn and a super charger set up but this Twin Charge kit is better then it seemed to be. If this kit holds out pretty good and the OP is happy with it, I would keep this in mind when the time comes to purchase my boost applications. I want to get a block first and build an engine up that can hadle the power better then these stock 2.4's. Its all for fun.
