a two step allows you to build boost off of the line. These cars can't launch with any amount of boost off the line unless your running some really sticky tires or slicks. Are you thinking about the function in hp tuners to limit boost in first gear so you can actually go wot without wheel hop of tire spin?

well twostep also holds your RPMs at "obtimal launch" so all you have to do is feather the clutch. I think unless you have a drag car its "cheating" cuz now you only have to worry about working one foot instead of two. That punk that drives an integra N/A has twostep and he thinks he such a great driver...i made him look stupid cuz he used the whole "dragracers use two-step" when he clearly failed to realize those things have 10000 times more hp than he does. He is a shity driver who cant launch for ****, that is why he has it in his car.

oh yeah heard of that on a thread before but I am SC for now so it went in one ear and out the other.

why is there never a thread that says "eh, I got 245/45R17's on my car and i love it!"

My Boost is already limited First gear...
i wanted to know so i can cheap launch it lol

but its ok.. i just need new tires.

BTW Kev...im no nub.. it has nothing to do with Boost for me... like someone said.. its set at a optimal Launch RPM for me so i dont Burn through First Gear..

i was just hoping boost limit in First Gear and two step = Good 60' Times..

No Nub here.. I know what im doing with my car.

set your p/n rpm to where you want to launch from... rpms drop a little bit more than I'd like, but it basically does the same thing.

it would def help out at the track to launch right.... ever listen to any drag car.... they all sit on a 2 step limiter to launch at the same RPM every time... cause drag racing is all about consistancy. especially with a stick shift car

were driving with less than 300HP, not trying to harness 1400hp. 2 step becomes a necessity cause the human body is not able to react in milliseconds. with that much HP things happen very quickly that you would not be able to react. not quite the story for us. they drive like we need to, rolling into the throttle and have precise control. not mash it to the floor boards. sounds like you guys could use traction control and let electronics take over LOL.

go ahead, try a two step on this car, all your going to do is spin, we have no traction, even with the boost cut, so its pointless
