Upgraded ARP timing bolt install

I am in the midst of installing my timing set and grabbed a set of the arp bolts from crate engine depot to use on it.

My question is in regards to the install.

What is the torque spec used for these, the same as stock or higher?

Do I have to do the typical arp install with lube under the flange of the bolt or not?

Many thanks..Phil
