The chassis guy is weighing everything to ensure everything is balanced.

That isn't settled yet. It is going to depend on how far the engine has to be moved back.

Your turbo thread has had more post for quite awhile. Perhaps because you have an end in site and some video to watch.

I think the car should be wighted 50/50 and you should straddle the transmission like a bike. get electric paddle shifting on the wheel too. (ooohhh I just set this project back for another 6months to a year Huh )

The company said they shipped it this past Saturday, but supplied no tracking #. He then sent me those pictures Sunday night and told me he would be out of town for 3 days. Very convienent. I am still waiting for a response to my email.
I will let you all know what they say.

The good news for you is that this work is being done in your part of the world, Toronto and Niagara so you too can get them to do this.
As previously stated, this project is expensive but I won't post up a total $ amount.
The cost would fluctuate for anyone else doing something similar, simply because of what I maybe doing that is not needed for their final goals.
Example, if someone is doing the rwd conversion but not wanting to race under 10 seconds, lots of money could be saved on the chassis and cage.
As for the time aspect, the tricky part is getting the different shops to do the work in a timely fashion. The delays for parts, especially custom ones, is something uncontrollable and quite frusturating at times.
Personally I started my project on May 21st, '06. The plans changed a few times causing some of the delays and the RWD conversion was actually the biggest delay I have incurred to date. One shop had my car for 6 months and did nothing to it. That really hurt and firing him should have been done sooner.

The picture was taken at the shop where it was made. That is what is so amazing and annoying.
It was supposed to have shipped last Saturday but to date I have no tracking #

We haven't had the chance to inspect it yet. If it arrives tomorrow as it is supposed to (no tracking confirmation) then it will be measued and tested for balance as well as inspected thoroughly.
I will post the results as I get them.
