We are thinking that maybe we need to have some sort of competition with this and the other turbo Cobalts at the unveiling meet for my car in Toronto.

if you really want to go nuts with this just drop a LS7 in the car then go TT you could push out 1200 hp with a TT LS7

The 390's are my drag radials, which I need to run in the domestic class on street legal days. Street legals are where I will practice getting accustomed to the new power.

Well I already have 2 LSJ's and they will be pushing 1,100 - 1,200bhp. We have built for more but we will be satisfied coming in between those numbers, which means we will surpass the 750whp goal by at least 100whp

my original goal was 270 to the tire. hit it, actually went over it by 3. got greedy. changed pullies and injectors. leaned on it some more. 272 runnin 10.6 afr. pulled some fuel. 276. pulled more fuel. 280. left it alone.

guess what. i STILL want more, but with what im doing will reduce cylinder pressures and inturn gain me more power. so it's a half ass win win deal.

once you taste power. you will always want more.

5.3 is very easy, just slap 2 turbo's on it, bigger injectors and a fuel pump... good to go lol.
LSJ, well all parts are finally ready to go, but my motor building budget is on hold til I get the new turbo first since I still drive the car everyday.... soon though soon

You guys are all too funny. I see the same problem you have, in my own project, "the need for just a bit more"
I started this project with the goal of "just 350whp"
That went to 550whp and then it has slowly crept upward ever since.
The upnside for you guys is that you have been able to still drive your Cobalts, of and on, during your process. By doing this the way I am, I will have to learn to drive my car, all over again.
Not that, that will be a chore to do.

oh no man not that lol.
yeah its been rough, but it's my daily driver so pretty much anything I do has to be done in a weekend or overnight. So it isn't easy. Cept that time my car was laid up at C/A for 6 weeks... but that's part of the game

that fact has made my project harder then it needed to be....but this is the game we play
