Some more pictures
The meeting between JBP and Distinct Images was held this past Monday. We now know where most of the items are going in the engine bay.
The two turbos will both be mounted directly to the frame, so they will be in there really solid.
The picture with the grey box is the mock up for our intake manifold/intercooler and there is plenty of room for it.
There is also a picture of the placement of the turbo header and the ample room we have for it.
A couple of pictures show just how far we had to push the engine towards back to allow for the steering rack to work as well as stay under the hood. Remember the plan is to stay as stock as possible for all body components. The one exception so far is the addition of heat extractor vents that will be added to the fenders.
I have also included some more pics of the rear. In those pics you can see how low I will be sitting once this is all done.
You will also notice the rear coilovers are missing but that is simply because of the soon to be welding of the roll cage.
And of course the icing is the slicks for the race track.
