My funding would instantly dry up should I post the "good" pictures.

They are now working on the rear fender wells, which need to be opened up some to allow the slicks to be able to go on/off with a bit more ease.
The engine/transmission mounts are also being fabricated this week.
I was told that new pictures will be taken this week. I will post them up when I get them.
As for you guarding the car I am still waiting to hear who will guard the car from you slooging on it

And as for someone guarding me, it doesn't like like that will happen

The biggest obstacle is the time factor. When ever another shops needs to do something with another shop, there are 2 schedules to juggle and that adds unwanted time to the project.
Once the wheel tubs are done then the car has to go back to JBP so the turbo mounting brackets can be fabricated. At the same time the intial plans for wiring up the car, as well as running the fuel/brake lines, will be drawn up.
Then the car heads back to Distinct Images for the final touches on the roll cage in the engine bay. Then the suspension parts all come off for powder coating and the floor is finished and coated.
After that is all done the engine should be ready to be dyno tuned and the car re-assembled, which will take 6-8 weeks or so I am told.
I am thinking getting a couple of hot girls there will take the pressure off of my car.

I don't expect this to complete before the end of May and that is if we get the current problem resolved quickly.

damn man, but hey at least it's progress.
Anyway, I'm actually on vacation from may 22-26th so, I'll keep my fingers crossed for your car to be done so I can drive up and check it out (it's my birthday that weekend, and what better present to myself than your car being done lol)
